1 Acceptance of Terms

4 Account Security

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All bte939 player balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bte939 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa debit/credit card, Mastercard debit/credit card, and USDT (Tether).

The following terms apply to all financial transactions on bte939:

1. Deposits are credited to your bte939 wallet upon confirmed receipt by bte939's payment processor. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically instant; bank transfers may take up to one business day.
2. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). bte939 will not process withdrawals to accounts that have not completed the applicable verification requirements.
3. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. bte939 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals above certain PKR thresholds.
4. bte939 does not accept deposits from or make payments to third-party accounts. The name on your payment method must match the name registered on your bte939 account.
5. Deposits made for the purpose of immediate withdrawal without genuine gaming activity may be flagged as suspicious and investigated under bte939's anti-money laundering policy.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

bte939 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered users, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full;
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered using the bonus funds before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires PKR 20,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is unlocked;
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage. Specific game contribution rates are published in each bonus's terms;
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus balance and associated winnings that have not been unlocked before the expiry date will be forfeited automatically;

7 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

14 Governing Law & Disputes

Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
